Our Vision
We are dedicated to delivering professional interdisciplinary services, empowering persons with cognitive or developmental challenges to lead safe, dignified, and respected lives, and embracing full participation in their communities. Premier Integrated Care collaborates with the District of Columbia Department on Disability Services (DDS) to offer comprehensive support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), promoting integration in the least restrictive settings suited to their needs.
Recognizing that individuals with mental and physical challenges share aspirations and aspirations with others in our communities, Premier Integrated Care is committed to integrating person-centered thinking and DDS Core values into all services. We aim to assist individuals in achieving their dreams and enhancing their quality of life.
